Here in Central Virginia, if you ask your friends where to find goat's milk soap it's likely one name will pop up over an over again, that name is Wild Heaven Farm. Wild Heaven Farm is a local, woman-owned, small agri-business that happens to make great goat's milk soap (like really, really, great goat's milk soap).
Since 2007 Wild Heaven Farm has been a part of the Williamsburg Farmers Market but after taking a break to reorganize the business, Wild Heaven Farm suffered two unfortunate setbacks. First, a "crop failure"of their goat's milk and then losing their long standing spot at the Williamsburg Farmers Market. Losing this venue may be the end of Wild Heaven Farm.
You can help by signing this petition: We, the customers of the Williamsburg Farmers Market, want our Wild Heaven Farm goat milk soaps back! Wild Heaven Farm has provided us with top-quality goat milk soaps for almost 7 years, until the management decided to replace them with another vendor. We want to continue to use the products we trust and enjoy, as well as to support the small business owner we've come to know. The absence of Wild Heaven Farm has reduced our motivation to visit the Market and patronize the other vendors.
Bring back Wild Heaven Farm for the 2014 Holiday Markets and the 2015 regular season! And, help us, help the local business we know and love.
Please bring back Wild Heaven Farm goats milk soaps to the Williamsburg Market. They are fabulous. surely there is enough room for more than one soap, there are more than one of other vendors. Attending the market to buy Wild Heaven soaps was a major reason to attend, please bring them back for 2014 and the future.
