The future of Weybridge Hall as a community hall is under threat. Users are being asked to move to the Day Centre. When this happens, the hall will wither.
With over 70% of available time booked, the hall is well used by many different groups including parties, children sports classes, dancing for all ages, singing groups and old people etc.
Campaigners and local councillors have sought indications from the council on future plans for the Hall without success.
Loss of the hall would be a body blow to Weybridge. Please sign the petition to urge the council to support the continued use of the hall in its current form.

I keep staring at the numbers and we are honestly within reach of that next goal which would honestly be a huge signal to the council because they have been ignoring us for too long. If everyone reading this could just get one more person on board today we might actually have enough momentum to force a real meeting with someone in charge.

Local council is useless as always. stop trying to sell off our spaces.
This hall is the heart of the community. leave it alone!
Ridiculous idea. the day centre is not the same at all. keep the hall open for us
my kids have done dance classes there for years. dont shut it down!!
WAY too many memories in that place to see it go. please reconsider.
