I am currently coordinating with staff at the Monongalia County Humane Society to draft the formal language for our proposal. fix the laws. sick of seeing suffering animals every time i drive down the road.
it breaks my heart seeing these poor dogs stuck on a short lead in the snow. this needs to stop in wv now.
Tethering is cruel and lazy. If you want a dog take care of it properly or dont have one at all.
Glad someone is finally looking into this. seen way too many dogs tied up in the hot sun all day without water.
no dog deserves to live their whole life at the end of a chain. hope this changes things.
