I spent hours today just staring at the spinning wheel on my browser while trying to get work done and it really just proves why we need real alternatives out here. My inbox is filling up with people sharing their own horror stories about these outages and honestly it is just validating everything I have been complaining about for months now.

I really never thought this would gain this much steam but look at us now pushing for better options in our area. It is honestly exhausting dealing with these constant dropouts and paying way too much for nothing so seeing everyone jump on board feels like a huge weight lifting off my shoulders.

I have just moved here and was shocked to learn there was no freedom of choice for internet provider and phone service. We are paying more than twice as much per month than our previous isp service. Not fair, not right! Happy yo sign and hope others do too to make change.
we want to be able chose who we want to use as our provider, our wireless is costing way to much but is cheaper than Clublinks!! When the house was being built the package said it was Telstra Fibre Optics!!!
We run 2 wifi's in our home as Clublinks is down too often and it interrupts our work. It's costly and sucks! Oh and the 'other' wifi (starts with T ends with 'stra') is NEVER down!
sick of Internet issues without 24 hour, 7 day a week assistance. Constant drop outs or no service and no other option for providers for competitive pricing or package deals on bundles.
Cannot understand how this has happened. We sold Telstra to develop competition, yet no competition has been allowed to exist in this estate. Where is the Competition Ombudsman.

I don’t mind paying but I want something for my money , the worst internet provider I have ever experienced . Taking money for nothing!!

There is also the option to replace the current provider. The infrastructure is owned by Sandhurst we just need to put the tender out. There are many companies (I know of a great local one) who would provide a much better service.
