We, the undersigned, want Coach Corey Johnson to be the next Boys Varsity Basketball Coach for Duncanville High School. Coach Johnson has been a member of the Duncanville family for many years, as a player and a coach. He has been a part of Duncanville's winning tradition and we believe he is the coach we need to take us to the next level. Coach Johnson has developed a strong rapport with the student athletes, mentoring them both on and off the court. We respect him for his expertise and knowledge of the game, as well as his unique ability to relate to the players and draw out their individual talents. Coach Johnson has been loyal to the Duncanville program and has demonstrated that he deserves this promotion. We want Coach Johnson!

I have submitted a formal request to the Athletic Director to review the current hiring process. My next step involves preparing the letters of recommendation from former players to be included in the official personnel file.

The volume of support has signaled to the administration that this appointment requires formal review. I am currently finalizing a letter to the athletic director to request a sit down meeting regarding the coaching vacancy.

MY SON HAS PLAYED FOR HIM FOR YEARS. HE IS THE BEST COACH AROUND AND TRULY CARES ABOUT THESE BOYS!!
Corey has been around forever and the kids really respect him. time to give him the varsity job he earned it.
Showing my support for Mr. Johnson and the Duncanville team. They deserve a coach who knows them and is for them!
I support the promotion of the JV coach to replace the Varsity coach. He knows the players and can play to their strenghts!
We need more coaches like him. That take time to teach the kids on and off the Court. turn them from Boys to Men... keep up the good work coach!!!
