We, the undersigned parents, alumni, business leaders, and community members, respectfully express our strong support for Cody Moore as the next Head Football Coach of Rockwall-Heath High School.
Coach Moore is deeply rooted in our community. His wife grew up here and serves as a full-time teacher and member of the high school leadership committee. With a daughter in fourth grade and a son is an eighth grader in our district, and Coach Moore has built meaningful relationships with the young athletes who represent the future of our program. Heath is not simply where he works — it is home.
As a former head coach at a 6A school that he helped establish from the ground up, Coach Moore has demonstrated the ability to build culture, set standards, and lead with discipline and integrity. His leadership is proven.
He chose to return to Heath — accepting a demotion to Offensive Coordinator — because of his love for this community and his desire to raise his family here. Rockwall-Heath is his dream job, and he has clearly stated that if given the opportunity, he intends to lead this program for the long term. In an era of constant coaching turnover, that level of commitment matters.
At a time of transition, continuity and stability are critical. Coach Moore already has the trust of players, families, and staff. He understands our community, our expectations, and our tradition.
We believe he is uniquely positioned to lead Rockwall-Heath football into its next chapter.
We respectfully urge district leadership and the Board of Trustees to give Cody Moore their strongest consideration for Head Football Coach.

We have know Cody Moore for a couple of years now and he has been a big influence on my sons football career thus far. We would love to see him in the head coach position so that my son will have him during his high school season.
The Tooman family strongly agrees with coach Moore taking over as head Coach we have 2 boys both soon to be Heath Hawks and we are looking forward to a coach that will stay and take over this program, these kids need stability!!!!

We are deeply grateful to the Moore family for all they contribute to Rockwall ISD. Their commitment and generosity are truly a blessing to our community. It would mean so much to see Coach Moore continue to lead and inspire throughout Diesel Davis’s entire high school football career. Let’s WTD together!!!! Go Coach Moore

Dr. Villarreal, Mr. Bradford, and Coach Priest, I’m writing to express my full support for Coach Moore as the next Head Football Coach at Rockwall-Heath. He is a proven leader, a players’ coach, a great teacher of the game, and someone who invests in the entire program from youth football through varsity. Coach Moore represents the standard of Heath Football, and I strongly believe he is the right choice to lead this program forward. Thank you for considering my input.
