Everytime you turn around... another small business bites the dust in Indiana, this town needs some recognizable restaurants and attractions for an economic boost. When Applebee's is requesting a liquor license, we aren't talking about another rowdy student bar, we are talking about something that keeps locals spending money in their town and supporting OUR economy instead of Greensburg/Monroeville etc. Something that keeps our kids and future generations considering Indiana as a place to live and work, instead of being forced into another city because Indiana has no economic offering. It all starts with the small things!

I have been hearing from so many of you who are tired of driving to neighboring towns just to have a decent dinner. It is frustrating to watch our local economy stall while the township refuses to engage with basic requests that would keep our money right here at home.

Seeing this kind of energy for our town is truly overwhelming. People are finally saying enough is enough because we deserve to have these businesses right here in Indiana instead of driving an hour away for a decent meal.

We need a new restaurant in this town since we are paying these out of this world taxes
tired of driving 45 mins just for a decent meal. let them open already it brings tax dollars here instead of letting them go to the surrounding areas

Why do you always ruin the chance for a good restaurant to come to own
nobody comes to Indiana and stays, hmmm I wonder why. Get with it Indiana.

It's an absolute joke that Applebee's is/was having a hard time obtaining a liquor license in Indiana... what logical reasoning would there be for not allowing a major international food chain to obtain the license and open a new location in this town. This isn't some shoddy operation, they have over 2,000 locations and probably have an annual budget larger than Indiana. would only bring massive amounts of revenue, not to mention a few jobs to the area. And hey honestly, i just want some late night apps so get it done.
