We, the clinical staff of La Clinica, strongly feel that Nancy has demonstrated all of these qualities during her time as a dedicated team member for the past 15 years. She has excelled in a myriad of roles, including CCMA, CSA, lab tech, PSR, interpreter, and most recently ACC's Team Lead.
We fully support the appointment of Nancy Cervantes as site practice manager of the Acute Care Clinic.

I am honestly overwhelmed by the momentum behind this because Nancy deserves every bit of this recognition. It is truly your passion and belief in her leadership that has brought us to this point.

She is very strong person, co-worker, team lead, always assisting from top to bottom I strongly support she is the perfect candidate who really deserves the position for Practice Manager.
To not consider Nancy for the role of practice manager would be a complete disservice to ACC and our staff. She exemplifies the qualities needed to be a great leader and is well respected throughout the organization.
100% agree-Nancy is a huge asset to ACC and La Clinica. Her strengths and leadership qualities make her an excellent candidate for ACC practice manager and has already shown that to the staff as team lead.
Without a doubt Nancy has proven herself to be more than a leader at ACC.
I completely agree with all written above. I feel that not hiring her would be a huge disservice to your ACC employees.

Any site would be lucky to have Nancy Cervantes as a practice manager. She is an amazing team lead, coworker, and is always happy to help and support her team. She has always been someone you know you can rely on and turn to when needed. I honestly do not see anyone else being a better candidate for the positon of practice manager at ACC.
