We, the parents and community members of Cluster Six, Laurel Ridge Elementary strongly urge the Advisory Panel to hire Dr. Christine Ritter for principal. She embodies the strength and continuity to oversee our special programs, unite our faculty and bring the trust back to our parents and students who need strong and grounded leadership. She is a fixture at every event and school function, knowing both parents and students by name, she makes every child feel unique and special and every parent heard. She is a huge advocate for Spanish immersion and music programming and a stable presence for our special needs division. She's a visionary and a warm, approachable leader and everything we need to rebuild our community at Laurel Ridge.
