As you may know, beloved Andy's Cafe, who has operated for 45 years in the Heights (Houston, TX), has a new landlord, Wolf Capital Partners. Wolf is not allowing Andy's customers to park on the property. Apparently, there are no provisions in Andy's lease that allow customer parking. Currently Andy's is the only tenant in the building and patrons are being forced to park on the surrounding streets, while the parking lot and parking in front of the building remain empty, except for orange cones blocking the parking spaces. Ultimately, a contractual solution will need to be implemented, but let's show our support for Andy's and put some pressure on Wolf to show a little respect and empathy to this Heights institution.

my dad took me here when i was a kid. leave the parking lot open for the people who actually live here and keep the neighborhood alive.
