Our Landlord “Isram Realty” has abused Bond Street Ale and Coffee for over a year with their construction of the plaza. When they began the construction of the building across the street we were heavily impacted by the lack of parking for our beloved customers. Please support us by signing this petition in order to combat the landlord.
It’s a shame how this construction parking has been managed. There are other options than impacting the existing businesses. Joann Store has now cut its hours. For those of us that have frequented this plaza for years it is beyond frustrating. Isram should be looking for solutions and giving all stores rent reductions.

This parking lot is horrible becauae of the lack of educated development. Its been a nuisance since the restructuring with starbucks and chipotle but now its unbearable and more problems are created with the new housing construction and the continuous valet monopoly by prime catch

I would love to eat at Bonds but I have given up that entire plaza. I use to get my nails done there and go to Joanne Fabrics, but no more. I’ve been known to park across the street by Pet Supermarket, but decided that’s ridiculous and why take other parking lots. No more for me!

As a new client of Bond and Ale coffee shop , I know how hard it is to find a parking spot in this plaza between chipotle and Walgreens and Starbucks forget about it,and it’s going to get worst once the appartement building next to it is done. So if my signature can help , count me in.

I frequent this plaza for many different stores and can never find a spot to park in. Same goes for the Publix plaza across the street. It has been over a year with these challenges
How can these businesses stay afloat when the parking lots are constantly flooded with construction staff during business hours

We have been long time customers of Bond Street. The last 2 times w tried to eat there, we circled the parking lot fir over 30 minutes & left to eat elsewhere dye to NO AVAILABLE PARKING. This can put them out of business. The are a great asset to Boynton commerce. Fix this!

Bond Street is the BEST! Construction has made it extremely difficult as a customer to navigate through that area, and many times there is no parking at all.
