Please could everyone just take two minutes of your time to sign this! A couple of you may know that council and certian people have been trying to close us down. Due to them we have now been given our notice to close down the pitch. We are a family run business just trying to get by, our children go to the school opposite our burger unit. We also are always doing community work and events or orginsing them. We have many regular customers who are always so pleased and happy with the service they receive and food. Please help us save our pitch!
There reason for revising our licence is for a highway danger ** there isn't enough parking there for our business ** we cause an obstruction & they blame transport for London - in which transport for London buses say we don't effect there way or getting in or out and they need us there as were there only place they stop to get food drinks and even heat up dinners - we have the only bins provided on the estate . We have applied for an electrical meter to be put in from UK power network and was granted this , but has now been put on hold due to not knowing the outcome of this case - we have tried everything possible by asking for speed cameras , marked out bays , marking out our pitch , and stopping the big lorrys which use the rest of the state from parking like donuts , my customers don't drive AFC vans or big lorrys delivering to the estate , and if they do pop to us , they wasn't originally there for us but for there job , I believe we shouldn't be shut down for lack of control of the factory and lack of parking , the council should be working with us and all the other business on the factory to make a safe , easy place to be . We have a good hygiene rating , we have done everything right , yet the council treat us like this , please help us and stop them from taking away our pitch !

It seems ridiculous to shut this family business down! Before they were there, there were far more problems with huge Lorries blocking view access to main road. For goodness sake give small family businesses a chance
A small business being properly run , a community asset providing well priced food, and local venture that has the backing of London Transport.. this is nothing but pettiness from another business that resents fair competition.
There is clearly no evidence that any of this damage is caused by customers, I had a pitch here for 10 years and there was never a problem, this van is not doing anything different from what we done.
This is a family business that should be saved, the government encourages entrepreneurs so the local council should also support them in their business efforts. Local people buy from this business and the business owners also run community events that enhance the local area.
Young family that have work so hard and they have came so far, they even helped out the Xmas lights get switched on! The burger van was so busy! Lovely genuine family trying to do there best for there community! KEEP THEM OPEN
Leave them be! Perfect family run business, if they was on their arse scrounging for benefits they'd get everything, but paying there way & working so hard to provide for their family isn't good enough ? What is this world coming to. KEEP DOLLY & BILLY'S!!

I thought the car park was for use by anybody MARTEK only own or rent the factory building not the roads or the parking bays . Its a wonder they have not complained about the buses parked outside .
