We live in New Florence, Missouri and I bet there are other subscribers out there of CenturyLink/ CenturyTel Phone& Internet Service that are getting a lot faster service than we are in the Pinnacle Lake Estates area. CenturyLink advised our community that we had made the cut in getting our services upgraded due to a grant received. However, our community is NOT a priority due to size. Our community is getting basic internet speeds of 1.5 GB and most of the time due to the "dirty lines" it is running at 998 megabytes.

CenturyLink thought they could ignore us because our neighborhood is small but this momentum proves they are wrong. They are taking our money while feeding us junk service and we are finally forcing them to look at the mess they have created.

I feel we are being taken advantage of bigtime by CenturyLink. CenturyLink offers good plans for others but I pay $56 a month for 1.5 and it buffers way too much! Good Grief it's 2017 CenturyLink! People need reliable service!!
As an existing homeowner at Pinnacle Lake Estates, we definitely need higher speed. If you have two devices operating at once, the Internet crawls like a turtle.
I am the Secretary at Pinnacle Lake Estates. Faster internet is definitely needed. The slow speed really hinders our capabilities.
we are always having trouble with our internet, we also have a hard time getting even on internet, its seem we are at the speed of the old dial up. we have called centurylink and our speed is not even 1, centurylink needs to keep up with the times, century link told us all lines were exhausted, well they need to put new lines in. our bills are just as high in here as they are were speeds are higher in the city, so I hope they do something soon. thank you
I own a house at Pinnacle Lake that I can not live in because I can not work from there. I have wanted to move there for years but the internet is so slow there is no way to run my business. Please make Pinnacle Lake top priority as we have 450 primary lot owners affected.
I would like internet...that works.
we can send people to the moon and can not get high speed internet that we are paying for,

Please help our Pinnacle Lake community obtain working Internet cellular service, and landline access. This is badly needed in our area and in some other rural communities around the state.
