Hello, my name is Tevin Wardlaw. I live in a small town in SC named Greenwood, which is about 50 miles from Greenville, SC. The purpose of this letter is my deep concern about the awful service from the ONLY internet company that is available in my area, Centurylink. About 20 miles Charter is available, and 25 miles further you have the option of Charter, AT&T, Frontier, & more. Greenwood is at a disadvantage to its surroundings counties because CenturyLink has all lines which blocks any other company from coming to my area....

so tired of paying way too much for service that cuts out every single evening. get them out of here!
FIX THE INTERNET. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
I tried switching last month and found out nobody else even services my street. How is that allowed in 2017?? Change this.
My kids cant even do their homework because the internet is so slow. It is honestly pathetic that we only have one choice.
Living in Greenwood is impossible with this connection. My speeds are like dial up from the 90s. We need real options here now.

CenturyLink is a joke. They know they have us trapped so they dont bother fixing anything. Monopoly plain and simple.
