We are paying for faster Internet-and we get dial up speeds

I would like internet...that works.

we can send people to the moon and can not get high speed internet that we are paying for,

Phone and wifi service please.

Please help our Pinnacle Lake community obtain working Internet cellular service, and landline access. This is badly needed in our area and in some other rural communities around the state.

I feel we are being taken advantage of bigtime by CenturyLink. CenturyLink offers good plans for others but I pay $56 a month for 1.5 and it buffers way too much! Good Grief it's 2017 CenturyLink! People need reliable service!!

Please make this a priority for our community.

Ok so trying this again. This week I purchased a Starry Station Router. Supposed to be a smart router. Look it up at www.starry.com, however when it was hooked up, the internet was so SLOW (CenturyLink) the speeds were .3 mgb and .4 mgb. Well you know we are paying for 1.5. On top of the very slow internet service, we are told by CenturyLink if anyone shuts off a land line then you will not be able to reconnect or get new service because our area is maxed out. Not even basic 911 land line phone service. So please sign our petition

We've had crappy speeds for years with CenturyLink. I call twice a year to check for faster speeds but to no avail

Long past time for Centurylink to provide updated coverage!

We deserve to be upgraded in our DSL service. Frustrating to have our service running so slow.

Bring the upgrade to Pinnacle Lake

Everytime I get on the internet it either freezes or it is so slow it is not worth getting on.

As an existing homeowner at Pinnacle Lake Estates, we definitely need higher speed. If you have two devices operating at once, the Internet crawls like a turtle.
