Hi!
A year ago my husband and I purchased 17 acres on Lake Waxahachie. Finding this property was a decade long dream in the making. We’d been searching for waterfront property that would also accommodate horse keeping for what feels like forever. It’s a very special place for us and a beautiful spot we want to share with people for their special occasions.
We’re in the midst of a zoning request. Ultimately, we are asking for the ability to lease our extra stalls to local horse owners and to build a tasteful wedding venue on the section of the lake least likely to impact lake residents. We have the support of our immediate neighbors on each side and we go in front of the Planning and Zoning Committee this Tuesday 11/14/17.
We would like to show that we have the support of local community when we present. Please take a look at the changes we are requesting and sign in support if you like our plan. Slide # 11 in the PowerPoint presentation at the following drop box link shows an easy to understand summary of changes.

I have met Crystal and Reginald and found them to be sophisticated and thoughtful people. They seem to have given great thought to Waterfront Wedding Venue. I feel allowing them to develop this venue would be a great asset to Waxahachie. Please consider granting them their requested zoning requests.

I concur with Ginger Cole and think they would do an excellent business that would not adversly impact their near and far neighbors
