Oppose construction of new warehouses, distribution centers. The roads are not suitable. They are too close to residential areas. The traffic is already affecting our quality of life.
Fine dining, highrise condos, upscale shopping similar to The Avenues is acceptable. NO MORE WAREHOUSES !!!!
No more warehouses! Most communities I see full of warehouses, become truck/semi-driven pothole streets. The surrounding businesses are cheap restaurants and seedy hotels.
Please do not change the zoning at 92 and S. Fulton Parkway from GC to Mixed Used. We do not want a wharehouse so close to our homes, schools, churches, and retail centers. We want jobs and tax revenue but not at any cost. Let's be smart about our growth as a region because without a vision the people parrish. Thank for taking the time to read and if you need any assistance with anything I am available to give my time.
We need to take a stand against developments that adversely affect our property value. Rather than talking about becoming active we need to organize and send a message to Union City and other municipalities about zoning projects that are in our community.
