PLEASE SIGN IF YOUR AGAINST $40.00 a month for TRASH service In New Castle Indiana The mayor Jim Small of New Castle Indiana has the brilliant IDEA to charge residents that receive city utilities 40.00 a month for trash removal. If your against this idea MAYBE you should attend the City Council meetings. Meetings are held on the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers at City Hall, located at 227 North Main Street (3rd floor). WE ARE NOT AGAINST HAVING TO PAY FOR A SERVICE. $40.00 a month is CRAZY. Most citizens would probably not object to paying around $10.00 monthly.
