This is a petition made for all pharmacists and pharmacy interns. Created as a democratic way to express our loss of confidence in the current executive and we ask that they step down and allow other people lead.we feel like the current executive has failed to execute any action towards the issue of job opportunities for the profession under ministry of health as they keep making promises with no feedback or results to show that something is being done.

Firstly PSZ conducts exams which solicit money from unpaid interns, what kind of a union makes money out of its unpaid members?? Secondly they don't even push for interns to get paid and who even told them to be conducting exams as if they are a registered examination board?? The Health Professions Act of 2009 says nothing about those exams when getting your full registration certificate which make them illegal. Lastly, their incompetence has just been shown in this recruitment process.... Disband PSZ or better still step down and let people who are willing to help the profession come on board.

We work just like those who are employed yet we don't get paid or get deployed by the same facility....it is so unfair

Kindly reconsider balancing the employment ratio between pharmacists and pharmacists technicians.

The current PSZ executive has failed us in a lot of things. Luck of proper representation on things that really matter such as vacancy creation for pharmacists and interns has demonstrated incompetence.

The actual executive has shown his limit and incapacity of promoting our noble profession. Mostly in time like this when we were hopefully wait for a huge number of pharmacist and interns to be positioned unfortunately is the contrary.
