The Millcreek Township School Board has agreed to sell the eight-acre
former Ridgefield School property to a business called Velocity Network.
It is currently illegal for Velocity Network to operate its business in
the middle of our neighborhoods. However, the Millcreek Township School
District and Velocity Network are trying to have the Ridgefield
property “spot rezoned” to Commercial.
Please sign this petition to join us in opposing this rezoning effort.
Protect our neighborhoods! No rezoning, especially when you turned down offers from schools to use it at it's current zoning!

Why does this building need to be rezoned? A buyer for the current zoning offered a fair price for the land and building and should be accepted. This is a waste of taxpayers money trying to rezone this property.

If we wanted an industrial neighborhood, we would have moved to an industrial neighborhood. Please save our neighborhood and keep it the way it is. I live around the corner from here and I am totally against the re-zoning. Please listen to the people of this neighborhood. Thank you!! :)

NO WAY! I have sat down "face to face" with Mr. Groh about the filthy conditions in my neighborhood and also Mr. McGrath. I have lived in my house for 29 years this year and if anything, it is worse! Dumpsters in the front yards, etc. They do not take care of the problems at hand--why create more.
