NO WAY! I have sat down "face to face" with Mr. Groh about the filthy conditions in my neighborhood and also Mr. McGrath. I have lived in my house for 29 years this year and if anything, it is worse! Dumpsters in the front yards, etc. They do not take care of the problems at hand--why create more.

Please keep the Ridgefield property as a school. No rezoning! If I wanted to live next door to business, I would have bought a home in a different neighborhood.

Why does this building need to be rezoned? A buyer for the current zoning offered a fair price for the land and building and should be accepted. This is a waste of taxpayers money trying to rezone this property.

If we wanted an industrial neighborhood, we would have moved to an industrial neighborhood. Please save our neighborhood and keep it the way it is. I live around the corner from here and I am totally against the re-zoning. Please listen to the people of this neighborhood. Thank you!! :)

Keep businesses out of family friendly neighborhoods! Stop elected officials from thinking they can do whatever they feel like doing!
