The owners at 1340 & 1348 E. Missouri are trying to rezone a key portion of our neighborhood to Residential-Office and change the residential character of our neighborhood. They attempted to rezone to commercial in 2005 and were defeated by the cumulative efforts of residents within our community. We need to once again stop their attempt towards the future commercial development of where we live.

greedy developers dont care about the people actually living here. stay residential!
We moved here for the neighborhood feel. If we wanted to live next to an office building we would have moved downtown. Leave it alone.
Ridiculous. They tried this ten years ago and failed. How many times do we have to tell them we dont want traffic on our street?
the noise and the extra cars will ruin the quiet we have worked so hard to keep. lets stop this now before it gets out of hand.

Keep our block residential. My kids play on these sidewalks and having commercial parking right there is just asking for a bad accident.
