I've moved to a very nice area to get away from crime and this type of housing will increase crime rate which requires an increase in police force. Who will pay for this?!?!?!
No! My home has already decreased in value since I purchased back in 2007. My concern is thst this project would further reduce the value of my home.
There is no question that based upon other apartment complexes for low income housing, the crime rate will go up even more. The value of our property will decrease. NO TO THE PROPOSED APARTMENTS @ Greenhouse & FM529
SIngle family home residential areas are not for apartment complexes. We all bought with a certain expectation that the neighborhood would be just that, single family homes! Please do not allow this proposed low income apartment complex to be built!!
This is bad for our community in many ways. I work hard to support my family even after 3 major surgeries, if I CAN GET UP AND GO TO WORK SO CAN EVERYONE ELSE!!!!

There is already not enough law enforcement to keep crime down with the influx of people moving to this area and a lack of social infrastructure. Additionally, there are a number of Section 8 homes sprouting throughout the area and these, unfortunately, seem to house individuals that do not contribute to the community in a positive way.
