I am truly overwhelmed by the response this has received because I never imagined so many people would care about our lecturers. This momentum belongs entirely to you and your willingness to speak up for what is fair. Seeing this grow has left me genuinely speechless.

As an responsible staff, i have well done my responsibilities well as per the legislation of WKU & MoSHE. However, I am not treated well as like as other universities regarding summer payment. So, I need clear justification why not paid to me.
I have diligently and respectfully fulfilled the duties and requirements stipulated by the department and college. Now, I'm asking for my rights that I'm entitled to. #Nomore #Enoughisenough
We have to stand together
Right and duty.
Worst life
Let fight for our right not only for summer payment.
Just pay it!

if may not pay with in the next 2 weeks, pushing the cause to the court is may be a good solution.
