- Minimize Disruption: Recognize the adverse effects of the strike on our education and work toward minimizing disruptions.

Please, the management body we are pleading to you , pay the lecturers salary and arrears for them resume so we students can fully complete the school and get our certificate so that we can access to get job and those who are willing further their education can get opportunity to do their masters program.
This is really frustrating we are just tired of sitting at home doing nothing. Pay them and let us finish please.
MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO THE RIGHT THING. WE NEED TO GRADUATE THIS YEAR.
Too much delay now. Resolve this issue so the lecturers can get back to class.
Please fix this matter. We have already spent so much time and money here and I need my degree to start working.
