Problem started in April. Complete loss of signal and service. Can no longer use our phones in our home.
Verizon used to be great. In the past week, they’ve slowed EVERYONE down!
Poor signal if you get any
My signal has bewn extremely SLOW for MONTHS now.
My phone ahs been so slow on loading anything and everything when not on wifi
Service is horrible! If not resolved soon, I am changing to another provider. My phone and hotspot are not worth paying for the little service I am receiving!

I called last month and they told me my issue should be resolved, but it has never gotten better. I switched to Verizon several years ago because even though it was more expensive, I had better service. I feel like I'm not getting what I paid for any more!
