In opposition to portions of development plans submitted to the City of Albuquerque Development Review Board (DRB) by Consensus Planning, Inc. and Price Land & Development Group, PV Trails Albuquerque, LLC for the Valle Prado Subdivision. In opposition to lot sizes that do not meet established zoning and destruction of rock outcroppings inconsistent with the Trails Sector Plan.

We, the residents of the Valle Prado Subdivision, oppose portions of PR-2018-001198, SD-2019-0026, SD-2019-0027 and VA-2019-00033 that would allow for further development of the Valle Prado Subdivision in a manner that is inconsistent with existing zoning bylaws and sector development plans. A large portion of the designed lots in the Valle Prado Subdivision submitted to the City do not meet the minimum square footage required for the R1-B zoning (5,000 square feet). We ask that adjustments be made to the number of lots in the proposed subdivision so that every lot is in compliance with the zoning laws by meeting or exceeding designated zoning requirements.

We also oppose portions of the submitted plan that are inconsistent with the Trails Sector Plan and would destroy or cover over rock outcroppings that are characteristic of the petroglyph (i.e., lot 46 in the submitted site plan).
