Urgent Request for Structural Improvement – Gate 1 Car Park Entrance

We would like to bring to your attention the structural issues at Gate 1 of the Sunsuria Forum RESI & SOHO car park entrance. The current design poses a significant safety risk, making it difficult and hazardous for residents to drive up. Due to the poor structure, there is a high potential for accidents, and the numerous scratches on the walls indicate ongoing difficulties faced by drivers.
This issue has not only caused damage to vehicles but has also resulted in stress and frustration for residents navigating the entrance daily. We kindly request that necessary modifications be made to improve safety and usability, ensuring a smoother and more secure driving experience for all.

Possible to add yellow signal on the wall when the car is turning up to car park
Saya telah bertanya pada seller sebelum beli tetapi apabila telah siap SAYA SANGAT KECEWA kerana memandu secara berpusing ini membuatkan saya pening dan lagi merisaukan jika saya penat dan tidak sihat bole membahayakan saya, keluarga dan penghuni lain..
The ramp at gate near loading bay is very cramp (narrow and very low sheiling), a lot of sharp corners suddenly appear when driving around, floor/inclination was not smooth /linear, vehicles experience bouncing.
Please. this direction also have potential bump into another car because it is one direction at level 3. my visitor confuse and suprise when suddenly bump into another car from different direction (near to soho lift door level 3)
The parking ramp structure is poorly designed, making it difficult and unsafe to navigate. The steep incline, sharp turns, and limited visibility create challenges for drivers, increasing the risk of accidents and vehicle damage. It would be beneficial to reassess and improve the design to ensure smoother and safer access.

Really inconvenient parking entrance,and when it’s raining the ramp is slippery cause my car skid and almost hit the wall
