Dear Officer,

We, the 100+ families who are residents of Deerwood Chase, are requesting for urgent repairs to the access roads through Gates 3 and 4. The road condition is in a pitiable state, with potholes making it unsafe for daily use and causing several trips and falls over the last year, especially among senior citizens and children.

We have raised this matter verbally several times in our meetings with municipal body officers, and we were earlier assured that the tender for this road would be rolled out in Quarter 1 of 2026 for remediation. Even so, there has been no visible action on the ground yet. The continued delay is a daily concern for everyone who uses these roads.

These access roads are an essential part of our neighbourhood, and they should be safe, usable, and properly maintained. Poor road conditions affect not just convenience but the dignity and safety of the whole community. A timely repair will help prevent further falls and make it easier for residents of all ages to move around without fear.

Since this is a signed petition, we request that you treat it as a formal written appeal from the entire resident community of this pocket and take immediate steps to fix the roads through Gates 3 and 4. We ask for clear action on the promised remediation and for the work to begin without further delay.
