Our beautiful community of Sunnyside has a long list of wonderful attributes. Unfortunately, in the heat of Summer the upstair areas of our townhomes remain uncomfortable. In most cases, even after ductwork has been reworked and larger A/C have been purchased. This can be easily solved by installing a small ductless unit upstairs, with 100% satisfaction to date from owners that currently enjoy this solution. This solution is incredibly cost efficient on the front end and on your power bill during the summer when you and your renters need it the most. When installed correctly, these units are hardly noticeable. This petition is our way of putting a larger voice to the sentiments of the community with regard to this issue. Which I believe is being overlooked, WE NEED TO BE HEARD. Your voice via this petition will be heard at the next Board of Director's Meeting. Please sign the petition if you are in favor of a proven and affordable solution for the “quiet enjoyment” of your Sunnyside unit.

I know there is a/c design flaw in the condos at sunnyside. We need to have options to correct this design flaw.
