Wakeema Golden, living at 2940 West 31 Street has been a troublesome neighbor since her initial move in, 3 years ago. She is very confrontational with the majority of her neighbors in the building. Wakeema uses her children as pawns to antagonize adults in the neighborhood. False police and ACS reports are constantly created by her, to divert attention from her childish behavior.
Wakeema Golden is becoming a menace to Surfside Gardens property. She was arrested for throwing bleach out of her window, at a resident walking by.
Her behavior is unacceptable and should not have to be tolerated any longer. She is harmful to herself, her children and others. Wakeema has had over 10 incidents in this building, in the small amount of time she has lived in Surfside Gardens, located at 2940 West 31 Street, Apartment 4E, Brooklyn NY, 11224.

The management office is finally acknowledging the formal complaints filed against 4E. Documentation is being compiled now to ensure they move forward with an eviction case.

Shes extremely childish not only to people living in the building but to people who is visiting other residents of in the complex. This type of behavior is uncalled for! We all have young children and to be honest I'm scared for mine, she constantly threating people and having her children bullying and attacking other people kids. I can deal with that to much ignorance coming from one person. I dont want to be around her and i definitely dont want my kids around her, she has to go!!!
Wakeema has to go. Her behavior is absolutely unacceptable, irrational and she is a nuisance to myself and fellow residence. She is the prime example of why we cannot build unity within our community.

This teaneat needs to be removed many of the people feel very unsafe in her presence. She is a threat to the building and causing nothing but trouble to everyone and their family. She used her children to get what she wants such as bullying people this behavior should not be tolerated.
This person is Disgusting In every level of the word she does nasty things in front of her children. And Always in her front windows recording people sitting on the benches out front. And screaming nasty thing out the window to those poor children in the 14th floor. And bothering their Mother in 14H and putting false police report's on her and people in the building. I don't know her personally but I've watch from my window her coming out saying nasty things to people. And picking fights with different neighbors within the building always hear someone cursing nasty things to neighbors. It's Sad and something has to be Done before someone really harms her. Because when is enough becomes enough and also the PSA1 Officers always comes in her behalf. And ready to lock someone up because her and the daughter is having sex with them. Because just the other day I was coming home on the 74 bus and saw her daughter kissing one of them. 2940 west 31st needs help from this Disgusting Woman. ASAP NYCHA TAKE ACTION NOW!
The fact that this person is causing so many problems with others as well as ruining the community more action needs to happen. Please remove her from this building and assist her with getting the help that she needs in order to be a successful person in life.
She need to be out of NYCHA, the things this women is doing is too much.

She is very annoying she always throw things out her window at my young children that they are so nervous to come through the front on the building because they don't want to get hit with different objects like soda cans etc. She writes derogatory things in the elevators which children can read she is a horrible tenant who bothers everyone and her kids follow the dumb things she does and her boyfriend Oscar who lives with her is just as bad
