We, the undersigned, hereby state that we support this Petition to Evict Tammy Rangel, living in the Parkway East Apartments Complex, located at 2010 Sage Crossing Ave. Worland WY. 82401 for the following reasons:
Tammy Rangel has been an intrusive neighbor. She stands at her door watching all of her neighbors. She approaches new neighbors she does not know and frightens them. She has recently gone into an apartment and walked off with a little boy without the parents permission. She ignores the Property Manager and says she doesn't have to do anything she says. She sits on the lawn and at the parks talking to children she does not know.
Tammy Rangel has entered other people's homes that live by the park near Sage Creek Apts. She has left explicit love notes for females that were unwanted and
constantly watches their coming and going and all their visitors.
She goes around the apartment complexes of Parkway East and Sage Creek Apartments at 2010 Sage Crossing Ave. Worland, Wyoming - looking in windows, trying to get in doors. She says that there is people in the crawl spaces and teen agers come into her apartment and punch holes in the walls.
She is becoming an increasing threat to our children's safety and well being. It is not fair that the rest of us have to live in fear of her actions.

Parkway East management continues to ignore our warnings while Tammy Rangel keeps stalking our hallways and targeting our children. We are documenting every single incident to force the property owners to act before a tragedy happens on their watch.

She harasses me and my son.. always sits outside my apartment and has been a worry for some time
I have also witnessed the weird things this lady does. i usually go to the park with my friend and her 2 younger siblings that are about 5 and 6 and she would always come over and sit at the bench and watch us as we talk or while the little kids are playing on the equipment and just stare at us all and try to talk to us and she even came up to us and said our names even tho we have never told her our names or talked to her. and usually when the little kids aren't there she wont go and watch us and sit right next to us unless the little kids are there. Also, i have witnessed her staring at my little siblings as they play in their swimming pool obviously in their bathing suits and they are 2 and 5. she is a literal creep and needs to stay away from everyone's kids and their homes.
wow. The person this petition is about signed it, and then made up a bunch of other names to get more signatures on it? Fake signatures. ok... So bizarre...

Protect our children,,she getting out of control,,someone going to get hurt!!
She's invasive in my home and intrudes in my business.
Tammy truly needs mental help. I personally think that she should be in a mental institution, for her own wellbeing, and for other people's security.

She's accused me of pushing her daughter down the stairs even I used to live under her apartment at a different residence. None of it was remotely true so I did what I had to do and moved out to avoid some B.S. charges. Long story short she moved across the street and yes she's a nuisance and seems to know all the kids first and last names. Weird and creepy
