To the Mayor, City Council, and the Planning & Code Administration Department of Hagerstown, Maryland:
We, the undersigned residents, homeowners, and concerned community members of Hagerstown, demand that the City immediately exercise its legal authority under Chapter 185 (Nuisance Abatement Ordinance) to declare the residence at 838 Dewey Avenue, Hagerstown, MD 21740 a Public Nuisance Property.

Because the residents of this household have a documented legal history of Witness Retaliation and Intimidation, the organizers and signers of this petition choose to stand together collectively while withholding individual identities to prevent retaliation.
The City of Hagerstown has the power to issue municipal infractions, fines up to $5,000 per day, and enforce legal closure or abatement mandates against properties that harbor continuous illegal activity. We have tolerated this severe hazard for too long. We demand that the City of Hagerstown prioritize the safety of its law-abiding citizens and take immediate, decisive action against 838 Dewey Avenue.
By signing this petition, we formally request immediate nuisance abatement intervention.
