This teaneat needs to be removed many of the people feel very unsafe in her presence. She is a threat to the building and causing nothing but trouble to everyone and their family. She used her children to get what she wants such as bullying people this behavior should not be tolerated.

Shes extremely childish not only to people living in the building but to people who is visiting other residents of in the complex. This type of behavior is uncalled for! We all have young children and to be honest I'm scared for mine, she constantly threating people and having her children bullying and attacking other people kids. I can deal with that to much ignorance coming from one person. I dont want to be around her and i definitely dont want my kids around her, she has to go!!!

This person is Disgusting In every level of the word she does nasty things in front of her children. And Always in her front windows recording people sitting on the benches out front. And screaming nasty thing out the window to those poor children in the 14th floor. And bothering their Mother in 14H and putting false police report's on her and people in the building. I don't know her personally but I've watch from my window her coming out saying nasty things to people. And picking fights with different neighbors within the building always hear someone cursing nasty things to neighbors. It's Sad and something has to be Done before someone really harms her. Because when is enough becomes enough and also the PSA1 Officers always comes in her behalf. And ready to lock someone up because her and the daughter is having sex with them. Because just the other day I was coming home on the 74 bus and saw her daughter kissing one of them. 2940 west 31st needs help from this Disgusting Woman. ASAP NYCHA TAKE ACTION NOW!

The fact that this person is causing so many problems with others as well as ruining the community more action needs to happen. Please remove her from this building and assist her with getting the help that she needs in order to be a successful person in life.

This woman is a disgrace to herself, as well as her children. She seems to think it's "ok" to send lewd and graphic picture of her disgusting mutilated private area. It clear shows that she is mentally incompetent and has absolutely no respect for herself or others. She continuously yells inappropriate language out of the window at random tenants. There is something extremely wrong with her mental compass. I am worried about the safety of her children whom she has has such a negative impact on. Frankly, I am a bit concern how this mental midget even got into NYCHA. I thought they were selective about the tentants. Apparently, she thinks in order to be relevant she needs to be mean and nasty to people or maybe as a child no one told her they love her and she is still searching for love after her 8th child. Whatever her issues are it's her business BUT when you involve others then it becomes the community business.

Miserable nasty and very disgraceful. Her energy is negative and shes a very childish woman. Everything thats being thrown out of Windows are from her house. And she even rented out her apartment then came back and took it from the lady and left them homeless like you can sublease housing thats breaching your lease and contract. 2940 has always been a family building! For the most part everyone gets along there. Most Tenants have been there for decades! This woman has caused more problems since she's been there then I've seen in the 42years I've lived there! She disrespectful, nasty, and has absolutely no respect for her fellow neighbors! As a grown woman, she loves to pick fight with teenagers, and then wanna make false reports to the police! She made false reports and caused my cousin to lose her job! She has not in a care in the world for another human being. It's sad to say, but, this lady has got to go!!!!!! ASAP!!! Or someone is going to get seriously hurt or end up doing time in jail behind her foolishness!

The way this lady talks about her children in the streets are crazy. Her kids are always beating on each other and that middle daughter of hers acts just like the mom.. If you ask me she needs major help shes becoming a nightmare its always police all through the building because of her. Then her accusations are even crazier when she has all type of men coming in and out of that apartment. And she has issues in the home but yet still have everyones child in her house. I remember the other day I was approaching the building and a young men was holding a new born baby out the window. Like wheres the bars do this mother not have concern for her childrens well being....

This lady is delusional. She thinks she's a victim, when in fact she's the problem. She is a great danger to children in the neighborhood and her own. She constantly brags about being petty and messing up people's lives. She needs a hobby other than sitting in her window stalking everyone. She threatens people and then calls her kids because she not about no action. She's a police caller so be careful. Making false claims is her Forte.
