We have come across the official news from TU Delft stating the revised fee of euro 15000.(for non EU/EFTA students - Masters program ) for the academic year 2016-2017. However, it was explicitly stated that a hike of approximately 2% only shall be expected . In the wake of this development, we have decided to create this online petition to raise our concern over a hike of nearly 10% against present fee of euro 13560.
If you feel likewise, kindly sign the petition on or before 19th Dec, 2015. Let us hope for a positive outcome !

When I asked the university for the statement for the second year, they said it would be 13,560 and that it maybe raised by approximately 2%. Maybe many of us who applied for loan has the same thing with them. Now they are increasing it by 12% which is unfair.
It was mentioned that the rise was to be about 2%. We have made financial planning accordingly. It is difficult for us to factor in this extra money. As we've already started our study period it is unfair that we have to pay more the upcoming year.
1500€ tuition fee hike with many courses taught only on MOOC and the tutors even not physically showing up. This is really unfair. The university needs to give a good reason what they need these euros for.
It is a completely unaccetable and unfair practice to raise the tuition fee 4x the expected raise. International students are already making a huge effort to come here as it is. In the U.S people know exactly what they are expected to pay for their entire duration of their studies. European institutions should be no less just.
It would be very much difficult for us, as we have applied for loans from banking organisations back in India on the basis of expenses given by TUD on our admit letter. Please take our concern into account.
Please we are not prepared for the raised tuition fee. And it is more expensive than european student is

This affects the financial pressure on a lot of students and will cause distress. Non EU students are already paying almost 7 times what EU students pay! This wasn't conveyed also when they were joining!
