We – the heretofore students – demand that the UMass administration halts the raising of fee and tuition costs. In our estimation, these tuition and fee raises, which have been occurring over the past several years or so, are arbitrary, unnecessary, and unjust. We call upon the administration to respect our economic “dignity and respect” through enacting this demand.

my loans are already out of control and i cant keep up with these sudden price jumps every semester. enough is enough.

I want to be able to have more than one meal swipe a day; I want to not need to have multiple jobs on campus to be able to live here; I want to be able to get an education without having to stay up at night worrying about my financial status.
