"We the undersigned request that you honor your duty as mandated by the Texas Constitution to support legislation which will fully fund the educational needs of every Texas child. Furthermore, we insist that you vote against any bill which includes any cuts to education. Should you fail in your moral obligation to protect our children, we pledge to hold you accountable by supporting, working and voting for your you defeat in the next election."

The scale of this response confirms that our legislators must address public funding now. My team is currently finalizing a formal letter to deliver these demands directly to the Senate offices.

Dont mess with our schools! These kids are the future and you are failing them.
Texas can do better than this. Education should be the priority not an afterthought to be slashed whenever you feel like it.
My kids classrooms are already bursting at the seams. Stop cutting the budget and start giving these teachers what they actually need to do their jobs.
Its ridiculous how hard teachers have to work with zero support from the state. Give the schools the money they were promised.
If you vote to cut funding I am voting for the other guy next time. Plain and simple.
