We, the undersigned, are constituents in Texas Senate District 2. We do not represent any individual political party, political action committee, or political ideology. Our common interest is to promote funding for public education, from Pre-K through higher education, in the state of Texas. We feel a quality public education is the foundation that will give the children in our community the greatest opportunity for a strong economic future. We are asking that you vote in favor of legislation that will maintain or increase funding for education. We also ask that you vote against legislation that will cut or reduce funding for education.
