Collectively we pay approx £24,188.64 per year to receive the poor maintenance of the communal areas on the Grangewood Manor estate in Leicester Forest East. Please add your details to this petition if you are in agreement that if these services do not significantly improve (as per our previous complaints/requests to Trinity) that we will be seeking legal advice.
The feedback I have received from residents confirms that our frustration with the maintenance at Grangewood Manor is a shared experience. I am currently organizing our documentation to ensure that our collective concerns are presented clearly when we decide to escalate this matter.

The steady growth of this petition shows that our shared frustration with the maintenance at Grangewood Manor is reaching a breaking point. It is heartening to see neighbors aligning on the need for accountability regarding the fees we pay. This collective clarity will be essential as we determine our next steps toward seeking formal legal advice.

The state that our communal areas have been left in is completely unfair - I tried to take my toddler to the park yesterday and it’s covered in thistles and long grass.
The fact that we pay any fees and it’s left in this condition is appalling, let alone the rate at which we’re forced to pay. I would expect a premium service but we’re receiving little service at all.
The responses which Trinity are coming back with are unsatisfactory at best and needs looking into ASAP.

Myself and my partner live opposite the play area and can see that the grass cutting is being left for far too long, the surrounding area too is a mess and for the money spent on the upkeep of the estate you would think this is high priority.

Trinity are not providing the service they state in their documentation. The communal grounds are left in a terrible state with overgrown weeds and littered areas. The grass is only occasionally mown and all cuttings left which then look like a ploughed field. Absolutely disgusting!! Considering the money they are being paid by residents for this service. Feel we are being completely ripped off.

We all pay a lot of money to buy a lovely new house for the whole estate to just look scruffy because the park and plenty of other areas look a right mess! I won’t even take my son to the park or onto the football pitch because the grass is too long!

The grassy areas are left with large amounts of weeds growing. The company does not turn up as often as the agreed amount and some communal areas are left as mud patches with no grass laid down or grass seed put down.

The whole set up of Trinity “looking after” the communal areas, is a shambles!! It has been from the very beginning. There are weeds, thistles, dead bushes & trees and big clumps of grass cuttings! They have obviously managed to get away with it up to now ..... so it’s time for us to do something collectively! I’m sure when we first signed up/purchased, TW told us that after 5 years we could change the “providers” of this so called service? Anybody else have any similar conversations? I’m sure for £24000, we could get a damn good service!

This is no way acceptable from trinity, we pay a lot of money each year for a service they are not providing
