The Upper Arlington residents listed below OPPOSE rezoning of 3371 & 3381 Tremont Rd. from R-1B One Family Residential District to O, Office District. Therefore, we ask the Upper Arlington Board of Zoning and Planning to REJECT the current and anticipated rezoning request submitted by Long & Wilcox, LLC on behalf of Centro, Inc.
