The Town of Chili will hold a Public Hearing due to an incentive zoning proposal for property located at 219, 223, 225, 227, and 229 Golden Road and 29 and 31 Stone Barn Road. This petition is opposing the rezoning project. Please sign your name to support!
I have spent the last few days reviewing the impact reports for the Golden Road sites and preparing our formal testimony for the hearing. We are currently coordinating with legal counsel to ensure our objections to the incentive zoning are clearly documented for the town planning board.

The scale of this response has secured a formal meeting with the planning board representatives. Legal counsel is now reviewing our objections to the incentive zoning proposal to ensure our arguments are presented effectively during the hearing.

Wedging a project like this between the railroad tracks and an established residential neighborhood is bad planning. The traffic issues alone will doom the area. Not a good idea.

I bought in North Chili because I liked the size of the town and the amount of trees and wide open space. Please do not rezone the area listed!

Enough with adding housing! Our school district is beyond full and the traffic on Westside Drive is bad enough.

This would add three times the traffic on Golden Rd than there is now. Since when is the Golden Road neighborhood a commercial area?
