- want to sync our Hiptops/Sidekicks with our desktop (and laptop) computers.

The feedback I have received from other users highlights just how much we rely on our devices for daily organization. It is clear that the lack of synchronization is not merely a technical inconvenience but a genuine barrier to using these tools effectively. I am currently looking into formal channels to ensure this perspective reaches the people responsible for these decisions.

Seeing the count climb past this point reminds me that many others share the frustration of a promise left unfulfilled. This momentum validates the simple expectation that our devices should function as we were originally told they would.

So frustrated. The Hiptop is the best phone ever but this syncing issue is killing me.
Give us the software we were promised! Not cool.
Seriously T-Mobile. We paid for these devices and we should be able to manage our own data. Stop locking everything down.
I miss being able to back up my contacts. Used to be so easy on my old phone. Please fix this soon.
The lack of desktop sync makes my sidekick basically a paperweight for work tasks. Fix it tmobile.

What is the point of a smart phone if I cant even get my info onto my computer? Total joke.
