I am currently compiling our list of names to send directly to Samsung support so they understand this is a widespread technical failure. Email this link to three other Samsung users right now. We must keep the pressure on them until they provide a patch for these connection errors.

fix the bugs already
Samsung needs to step up. My pc wont even recognize the device when I plug it in. Frustrating as heck.
My phone wont even sync up anymore. This software is completely useless right now. Fix it samsung!
Total garbage software. Why put out a product if you aren't gonna keep it running?
Every time I try to open it the whole thing just crashes. Been trying to get my photos off for weeks.

PLEASE fix this. I have important stuff on my phone that I need to move to my pc and I cant do it.
