I am currently compiling the list of affected users to present as an attachment to our formal letter of complaint. Several tech journalists have expressed interest in reviewing the documentation regarding these false advertising claims. We are preparing to submit this package directly to the Sprint corporate office for a formal response.

never buying a phone from them again. so frustrated.
spent way too much money on this brick. it was advertised as having sms and it just doesnt work. fix it sprint!
hitachi and sprint both lied. plain and simple. false advertising is illegal and we paid good money for these features.
Ridiculous that they can sell us a $700 paperweight. I need to be able to text for work and this is just unacceptable.
my g1000 is useless without sms. total scam.

The box says it does it so it should do it. Refund me or patch the software. Pretty simple logic.
