We, the undersigned, are Weight Watcher e-tools users who request that Weight Watchers keep the Palm-OS based On-The-Go program going. Many of us are unable to afford new devices to access the new Weight Watchers Mobile site; many of us are unable to afford the monthly costs for mobile web access. We see no reason why the old program cannot continue to run alongside the new mobile website, as it is currently doing. What we need from Weight Watchers, besides the continuation of the program for synching, is the return of usable software downloads for those of us who for whatever reason (new computers and/or devices come to mind) need a clean download, and at least limited tech support in the future. Many of us will need to consider dropping our e-tools memberships if the needed support is not forthcoming. You are, we are certain, able to give us what we need; the question is, are you willing Ultimately your answer will tell us whether Weight Watchers International truly cares about us and our weight management success.
