1) Timely pay and breach of contract
2) Support from the Consejería, as promised, in regards to expectations and the duties of the language assistants.

I have been compiling all your stories about missing paychecks to present directly to the Consejería leadership. Send an email to your local representative today and demand they investigate these contract breaches immediately.

The momentum behind this petition proves that language assistants have had enough of these payment delays. Now is the time to turn this pressure into action by emailing your regional representatives to demand an immediate fix. Es vergonzante!!!Están fuera de su país son jóvenes y muy bien preparados...pxq humillar así a estos docentes de oro??? Así invertimos en el futuro de nuestros escolares y más bombo al bilingüismo!!!
Esto es vergonzoso. A nosotros casi se nos va el auxiliar . Estamos quedando a la altura del betún frente a ellos . Nos dicen que sus amigos que están en otras comunidades están cobrando con normalidad cada mes . Los de la Consejeria seguro que cobran el 1 de cada mes
We need on-time payment since we are abroad and we need to pay rent on time. Also our personal cares. Also some teachers want us to be experienced teachers and no conversation aids as we agreed. Please advise
Si desea maestros de calidad para el programa, siga con lo que se espera. Nos mudamos de todo el mundo para trabajar para usted. No hay razón para que un programa que ha existido durante años no pueda organizarse lo suficiente como para pagar de manera oportuna.
I was paid 2 months late for October and had nothing for November. We are half way through December already. I have an autistic son to care for and I can't pay his treatment now.
It’s doesn’t speak well of a otherwise fantastic program that the auxiliares aren’t paid on time. This is a recurring problem that should be fixed.
La cosa es, nosotros estamos haciendo trabajo y en final no estamos pagado... eso no es normal o aceptable.

We paid to be part of this program and should therefore be paid on time. It is unfair to expect us to survive, pay rent etc . When every month your stress levels are high - will the pay arrive on time. Not what I paid and signed up for.
