This petition is to gather the opinions and grievances of Patients in Wales who feel they are NOT receiving adequate medication due to the outdated test values and methods of treatment favored by most drs and endocrinologists here in Wales. The refusal to acknowledge that despite a test result being within "THE NORM" we patients are still having symptoms. WORSE, we are going on to develop other illnesses that are associated with and part of having an untreated Thyroid condition. OBESITY is not always a disease of the GREEDY. We don't want to have Diabetes or heart disease WE WANT TREATMENT! we want ADEQUATE ACROSS THE BOARD TESTING not just TSH we want REFERRALS to ENDOCRINOLOGISTS when our symptoms persist despite having test results that are within "THE NORM". we have put up and shut up for far too long in WALES.
