as many of you are aware, thorpe park promised the sale of 12p tickets at 10am. The tickets actually went on sale a few minutes before 10am and were therefore sold out before 10am. Thorpe park are blaming technical difficulties, but it was still their fault this happened, so they should do something to fix it.
Sign this petition if you think they should sell another 1000+ at the correct time, for all the customers who tried at 10am when they were supposed to go on sale.
If this petition gets enough signatures I will email Thorpe park with the link and a complaint, and hopefully they will see the amount of signatures and realise something needs to be done

Seeing this kind of energy proves that I am not the only one who feels cheated by this entire situation. We all prepared for that launch only to be shut out by their broken systems and I am ready to bring this directly to them.

Watching these numbers climb reminds me how many of you were sitting at your computers at ten sharp just like I was. We are getting very near to five hundred signatures and reaching that benchmark will give me the leverage I need to send my complaint directly to management. Please send the link to anyone else who spent their morning staring at a sold out screen.

I was sitting at my computer ready to grab these tickets just like the rest of you before they vanished. We are nearing a hundred signatures now and need to push harder to show them we refuse to be ignored.

Very disappointed with Thorpe park, if you say from 10am then don't sell them before 10am quite simple really. Think you owe all us who made the effort and stuck to the advertised time free tickets for the omnishambles!!!!
Very disappointed with not getting tickets even though like many others I sat waiting since 9:50 refreshing to be told at 9:58 they had all sold out.. Customer service message was also very rude via Twitter
I understood that demand for tickets was going to be high. But this was misleading and not very professional that although advertising the release of tickets at 10.00am, it actually went live a good few minutes before. Not good enough Thorpe Park.
I was up from 7.30 getting the site ready so I didn't miss out I sumited the request the second it turned to 10.00 and was sold out i think it is disgusting that this happened I wanted to take my young children I wasn't given the opportunity to even try.
I think it's disgusting that this has happened. There are many ppl out there including myself that was waiting and following the advertised promotion and now your blaming it on technical issues this is still your fault and blatantly false advertising. Something should be done.
Be fair Thorpe Park, you are now responsible for many upset children and parents, the people who you want to visit your Park. Please put this right and restore our respect in you.

Was online all morning didn't notice that thorpe park had hid code input box at bottom of screen which was bad enough. About 3 mins after 10 when message didn't change I scrolled & found the box was then told code incorrect for 5 mins before it worked only to be told sold out. Very disappointed
