Three Angles Production have been very unfair during the Seventeen fanmeet Singapore ticket sales. It has been noted by many Carats (Seventeen fandom) that they lack responsibility in dealing with questions by fans and have even block a lot of them when they were only asking questions. Not only so, we, Carats, are very upset of their decisions they have made and the lack of updates on their Twitter page. We are petitioning against them to let them know the seriousness of such irresponsibility and for them to make a change to such an attitude.
As of today (5th June 2016) currently, we have been notify that there has been a lot of problems with the sale of tickets for Seventeen Fanmeet Indonesia due to the website being used as there was an overlap of seats and fans were complaining. It was also noted that TAP has allowed people in the preselling of Seventeen Fanmeet Philippines, to max out their quantity of 4 tickets as a result, the 100-200 people infront of the queue all had the tickets and the rest went home ticketless.
We are petitioning on behalf of all countries having this fanmeet preselling of tickets, who had problems and to raise awareness towards TAP to make better decisions.
We hope that this will also not happen in any of the other countries that will soon be havin Seventeen fanmeet ticket sales as well as any future sales by TAP company themselves. If it does happen that such a thing occurs in other countries, we hope to garner awareness to TAP for such a decision.

They were very unprofessional in replying fans' questions, and even resorted to blocking fans on Twitter. Their management was an entire mess and so is the trouble they're getting right now. I've never seen such rudeness coming from similar companies.
Im one of the cat 1 tix purchasers and im honestly very disappointed to find out that the 200 newly opened cat 1 ticket holders are actually entitled to get a rehearsal pass. Since when was this agreed on and why were fans not informed of this earlier?
This is super unfair for those who have queued for days and end up those that only came on the day itself received the privilege. I can't accept this.
Avoiding issue at hand, mean to people who are asking them nicely, using inappropriate vocabulary for a "processional" organisation.
How about those that wanted to go cat2 and now the seats been changed to cat1. It isnt fair. You gave the information about the fanmeet, you can't just change it so last minute. It is extremely unprofessional as well to make such a important decision without releasing a proper statement. You should've inform us that you'll be adding new cat1s tix and then release the ticket sales.
tap and ime screwed up wanna one fanmeet too. they need to improve
Please fix this because we don't want any problems when the day of fan meeting comes. We just want to have fun and meet our idols.

Many people lined up for others as well so 4 people in front of you would become 10, and that does not in any way make it fair for fans who made an effort to come earlier.
