What happened was wrong. I k ow its first come first serve but if we believed they were not going to be sold till 10am why would we have tried earlier than this! Then doing as instructed and trying to purchase at 10am only to be told sold out!!

I was so annoyed, sat there for 10 minutes ready to go for 10am. Clicked refresh at 9.58 to find that it was sold out already!! Ridiculous!!

Definitely false advertising, seems like a good marketing strategy, they ask you to leave contact details, so we will get bombarded with spam

This was a sham I was on there at 10am I waited up after a night shift for no reason for 5 them to sell them early

Really poor to blame an apparent technical glitch and then try to brush it away. No tickets at 10am, when they should have started selling.

If sold out at 10 am then no matter how many times you put in the code should not let you input your details then getting the disappointing sold out message. Gutted

Unfair. Logged in just before 10am ready to apply when they went on sale at 10am and they had already sold out.
